Is it time to create a home business that will deliver the independence and lifestyle you desire?
Before you start building a million dollar business, whether you network with a fast moving and highly successful team or take another route, you must be willing to dedicate yourself to your home business.
Yes, a network marketing business can give you the time freedom you want, but you have to build a foundation first. And that takes dedication.
If you’re like most of us when we started, you have a job and will need
to take some of the little time you have off from work and other responsibilities and dedicate it to building your business.
And you’ll need to do that until that happy day when your income is flowing at a level that allows you to quit the job.
At that point, it’s up to you how fast you continue growing your business.
You must set your own business hours. While you can have fun with this business, you also have work/life balance.
Believe it or not you can be wildly successful and not put in
60-hour weeks or even 40 [grin].
Back to you NOW though. That was just a little digression to remind you that the dedication does pay off.
Now, if you just have a vague idea of why you want your own business, that’s likely not going to be much of a motivator when you have to make
the hard decision…”Law & Order, or work on business?”
At times like that, you must remind yourself of why you are making these sacrifices. To be successful, you must have dreams. If you’re dreams have dried up from neglect…revive them! Dig deep and remember what you most want in life for yourself, for your family…
When most people (and remember, most people build mediocre businesses at best) are asked why they want a successful, home-based
business, will quickly respond with a list of things they don’t want: boring job, unappreciative boss, debt, long hours, etc.
Remember, knowing what you don’t want is a good motivator, but it’s just not enough. And if you, like so many people of late have read about the law of attraction, then you know you have a much better chance of success if you focus on what you want (although sometimes pain, as in a job one hates, is good motivator!).
