Sometimes I purposely avoid watching the news or reading newspapers because I always end up frightened and at the same time feel pity to those people being victims of rape and crimes. But then I realized that instead of locking myself in my comfort zone, why not be proactive this time and keep myself and other people informed of Megan’s Law and known Sex Offenders by checking the National Sex Offender List website.
